He was the most beautiful son of Priam. Before his birth, the foretellers told Priam that he will bring evil so Priam left him at a desert to be a shepherd but gods protected him. One day Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite came to him and asked which one he chooses as the most beautiful and Paris chose Aphrodite. Then Athena and Hera became angry and an enemy of the Troy, the city whose king was Priam.
